• The Premium Plan uses monthly or annual fixed-rate billing.
• Monthly Plan: ¥480/month (tax included)
• Annual Plan: ¥1,728/year (tax included, 70% OFF)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Premium features remain available until the end of your billing period.
• Refund Policy: If you contact us within 7 days of initial registration, we will provide a full refund.

4. About Downloader Features

• YouTube Downloader and TikTok Downloader are Premium Plan exclusive features.
• Copyright of downloaded content belongs to the original content creator.
• The downloader feature is for personal use only.
• Commercial use, redistribution, and illegal use of downloaded content are prohibited.
• The Service is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the downloader feature.
• The downloader feature may become temporarily unavailable due to platform specification changes.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized access to or interference with the Service
• Actions that interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Download or distribution of illegal content
• Bulk requests using automated tools
• Decompilation or reverse engineering of the Service

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of tools for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the Service.

7. Privacy

• The Service uses Google AdSense, which may use cookies for ad delivery.
• Payment information for the Premium Plan is securely managed by Stripe, and we do not store payment details such as card numbers.
• Premium member email addresses are used solely for subscription management purposes.
